I truly believe it is extremely important to have "Balance" in your life. (Body, Mind, Spirit).

I can tell you one thing for sure since I can remember, I have always been active in one way or another.

In my 44 years of "Ups & Downs" I realize how important it has been to always keep my body feeling good. The one thing I hear over and over again from the people I meet, is the older they get the less time they have to take care of their body.

Whenever I felt low on energy, I would head to the  gym and work out for at least 20/30 minutes and after I cleaned up I always felt like a "Million Bucks". Now is that not a feeling you would love to have? Who would not?

I have never ever met a person that did not like the amazing feeling of working out and keeping their body in shape.
Your body is saying "Thanks for taking care of me" and "please keep it up"!

If I can make one recommendation to all my readers, please take the time to find 20 minutes a day or 20 minutes 3 to 5 times a week to exercise.  I promise "YOU", your body and your mind, will thank you each time and you will notice a happier bounce in your step...

I know it is much easier to say, "I just do not have the time because I have to take the kids to lessons or practice or I need to study or clean the house or whatever "excuse" you can find...

I do not intend to come across as rough saying "YOU" are making excuses but that is what it is, an "Excuse".
It makes sense why you would want the best for it, ...your body.

So "Get Inspired" and start today, not tomorrow or next week, TODAY !
