Spring Cleaning

It is getting to that time of the year again when we start  "Spring Cleaning".

 
We spend a day or two cleaning the inside & out of our homes getting ready for a beautiful summer.
Well the way I see it, its just as important to do a mental & physical "Spring Cleaning".
 
With our homes we do it once a year but when it comes to our mind & body we need to keep a constant watch over them.
The more time you spend on keeping your mind & body healthy the better your life will be.
 
I know what it is like to sit back and say, "Thats not for me" or "whatever, there is nothing wrong with my mind or body"?
 
Well people think again. 
 
Do you remember that amazing feeling you would get right after you work out or do some sort of physical activity? Yes I know you are probably wiped! But i�m talking about how amazing your body feels. It�s like your brain is saying, "wow body thanks a million for that "Spring Cleaning".
 
So think about it.  Your body and mind feel so amazing, great, super and healthy after just ONE small work out. Let�s take it to the next level and set a "Goal" to work out for 20 minutes twice a week. That�s all your body and mind are asking for, just 20 minutes twice a week.
 
It doesn�t matter what you do, go to the gym, jog, bike, roller blade or play a game of basketball. Just set the "Goal" and once you have accomplished it (like I know you all will), then sit down and write out the next goal of 3 activities/work outs for a minimum of 20 minutes.
 
Once you can get in a routine or rhythm of 3 work outs a week, i promise you your body and mind will THANK YOU !!!
