His personal setbacks and heartbreak finally leading to a career ending injury, leaving him to regroup, refocus and move forward. Jeff knows firsthand the effects of intimidation having lived it as a child and reaches out to these children with a safe and trusting hand, letting them know they are not alone. He acknowledges their fears and frustrations and teaching them how to cope and overcome, building confidence and creating passion in the hearts of the underdog.

Many times it is the misunderstood who become the rebels in our youth. Whether it is at home, with their peers or through the academic system, somewhere these children have gotten lost.
